Our Company
Our appraisers are Gary Garren and Cathy Hutson. Between the two of them, our office has over 50 years of combined experience. We have experience doing FHA and VA appraisals, relocation appraisals, and repossession appraisals. We have the best quality and turn around time in the area. The office is totally computerized with the latest programs, with full digital capabilities, along receiving orders, to sending appraisal reports through our computer via E Mail or PDF format. We can provide you with computerized flood plain maps, color location maps, color digital photo’s, and fully detailed floor plan drawings.
Our sales data sources are public records, multi-listing service, Realtors, FEMA, Marshall & Swift, contractors, etc. All sales are researched and updated on a daily basis into our computer data base system for research and use in the any of the appraisal reports.
We're FHA and VA Approved
Catherine Hutson is a Colorado Certified Resdiential Appraiser on the FHA Roster of approved residential appraisers. Gary Garren is a Colorado Licensed Residential Appraiser on the VA Roster of approved residential appraisers. We're qualified and approved to do appraisals for FHA and VA insured loans. We have a wide range of experience and we are trained and understand the rules and procedures in FHA's and VA's guidance and policy documents.
